REVAFLUX is a compact FDA-cleared RF microneedling pen for dermatologic procedures: 2 MHz bipolar energy at needle depth, or conventional microneedling with RF off. A 13-pin, 33G, 24K gold-plated non-insulated cartridge seats with a twist. Depth 0.0–2.0 mm, RF level 0–5, frequency 1–5, 5–40 minute timer. Prescription / Rx use. Two modes. One pen.
RF microneedling, or needling alone
RF on
2 MHz bipolar delivered at needle depth. Level 0–5: from a conservative start on thin or heat-sensitive skin to continuous output at level 5.
RF off
Conventional microneedling on the same handpiece — mechanical channels without RF energy, when the protocol calls for it.
By protocol
Level 1 for thin or heat-sensitive areas. Levels 2–3 as a working range. Levels 4–5 for thicker tissue. Depth and RF are set by the clinician.
Surface thermography
RF off, then RF on.
Same pattern, both arms
RF Level 3 · Pulse 3 · 1.0 mm depth · 1 minute. Microneedling only versus RF engaged — the comparison is the energy, not a different stamp.
Microneedling only
Mechanical needling with RF disabled. Surface temperature rise of about +0.7 °C in this capture.
With RF engaged
2 MHz bipolar at needle depth. Surface temperature rise of about +4.5 °C in this capture.
